  Had dîner with some guests for a birthday. The food was ok and the place was all fun for everybody. The kids specially loved the gaming room. The waitress was especialy thoughtfull and kind.

  I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was decent with a gorgeous bathroom I wish I had. Breakfast was has many choices. The only thing I would have liked was labels on the different yogurts And the scrambled eggs were just OK.

  Stayed there for two night.
  
  Find out a huge spider in my room, not a bit deal. Called front desk, the guy said no one will handle it, I have to do it myself. I insist they have to take care of it. 2 mins later someone came to clean it up.
  
  Booked hotel on line, paid breakfast also. When I checked in the hotel, no one give me a voucher.
  
  Next day morning, when I was eating breakfast, the waitress reach me and ask me to paid the bill, I told her three times, I have paid online. Well she doesn't believe me. I told her. Leave the bill, I will called the front desk to clear this out. Then she decided to call the front desk herself. 2mins later, she came back tell me its their mistake. So you guys made a mistake by not giving me a voucher for breakfast, u know that already, so should you bring me the next day's voucher to prevent further mistake? No! That did not happen. I went to the front desk asked for a voucher myself.
  
  Next day morning, I used my voucher. When I finished my breakfast, and on my way out the dinning area. The manager asked me, do you have voucher. I'm that close to snap. Who am I? Breakfast thief ? As a manager when you r not sure who is paid and who is not, your first reaction is not ask ur waitress and waiter? Do you guys communicate? R u in service industry?
  
  No central AC Or heat. Use individual AC.
  
  Slide window is not able open properly.
  
  Can't find a remote for tv.

  The rooms are fine the Resturant is good , only 1 problem.This hotel is too open, the bar is on the main floor and all the room circle around the bar. People get too loud and if you want to sleep good luck! Way too loud....and this is only my first night...I will see what the next 2 nights are like! I want to add that the staff hear are great and the manager Sent me a complimentary cheese tray due to my review. I did not expect this and I very much appreciate it...thank you Antonio. The next 2 nights were just fine, as the manager stated the restaurant and bar area was very busy that night due to the snow storm.
