  Absolute crap service.
  
  They totally messed up my order. They promised to resend the correct order and offered us a 5$ credit. The food never came. We waited for an additional 45 minutes for our food before calling back yet again.After talking to head office, we went to the resturant for a reimbursement, which we had to argue for because the employe insisted we wait for his supervisor to return. Finally, we called head office for a fourth time, handed the phone to the employee and we finally got our money back. We then had to insist that the tip be returned to us because of the terrible service and the fact that we never got our order.
  
  The food is normally ok but the fries they sent tonight were soggy and only warm.
  
  This is the second time they send us the wrong order. Last time there was no effort made to correct the situation.
  
  Two stikes, your out.
