  Nice location, nice staff, bad services when it is busy, washrooms need maintenance all the time. 3 stars is much for the overall service quality. love the place though.

  Timmies is Timmies. Same fast food/quality wherever I go. It is a regular staple of mine and always served quickly at other places.
  This one, I have walked in dozens of times in last 2mth and service is VERY SLOW. Lunch or late afternoon its slow. I'd have to be hard pressed to go back there again.
  I think they need to change their management.

  I ordered a coffee from the drive thru and once i got to the speaker, i wanted a chocolate milk. With no one behind me i ask for a chocolate milk and the girl starts giving me attitude saying i can't do that, she's on a time limit. I guess it takes long to make a cold carton of chocolate milk. Then she said to me the next time she won't take orders from me at the window. My answer to that was wheres a sign saying i cant add to my order after ordering from the speaker. Unnecceptable, dont treat paying clients like that. This incident happened on Sunday morning at 10:10 A.M. May 14th. 2017.
