  Kids that work there are too quick and get the wrong orders and do not clean their hands. Bathrooms stink and are very dirty as are the tables and floors.

  Very bad experience at tim hortins beside McDonald's not the one attached to esso. I asked the girl to heat my coffee, she gave me an attitude and said its not hygienic but i see her making sandwiches without wearing gloves oh madame thats hygienic. I work at tim hortins too i do have lots of customers who come back to heat their coffee i don't care if she didnt do it but that's not how you treat your clients.
